The Old Vicarage Bed and Breakfast is situated in the rural village of Luxulyan and just 2 miles from the Eden Project.
Local attractions include the beautiful Luxulyan Valley, the Eden Project, the Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum, Charlestown (well known for Poldark filming) and Fowey.
Though the Old Vicarage Bed & Breakfast is set in a peaceful village, the A30 is within easy reach and our location provides an ideal base for exploring the vast Cornish peninsula, with many places of interest only a few minutes’ drive away.
Our guest rooms are finished to a high standard and all benefit from having private en-suites with complimentary toiletries.
All rooms include Smart HD televisions, hi-speed wi-fi internet and complimentary drinks.
A generously sized sitting room with 2 large sofas is also available to all guests and the large garden is perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink in the Summer evenings.
The welcoming local village pub (The Kings Arms) is only 5 minutes walk away and serves good value traditional pub food and cornish ales.
