The Rashleigh Room

The Rashleigh luxury double room is our largest room with a private en-suite bathroom. The comfortable king size bed is complemented by the shabby chic furniture and 2 cosy tub chairs allow for a relaxing drink before bedtime. A 32 inch internet connected smart television is provided and free wireless internet access is always available. The built-in double wardrobe provides ample storage and last but not least, the luxury en-suite bathroom includes a free-standing slipper bath and separate shower. Room size: 282 sq ft (including en-suite)

The Eden Room

The Eden deluxe double room is our second largest room with with an elegantly framed and cosy king size bed. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and with enough room to accommodate 2 chairs, a relaxing drink can be enjoyed in comfort. A 32 inch internet connected smart television is provided and free wireless internet access is always available. The en-suite includes a generous walk in shower, with a twin head thermostatic shower, illuminated mirror with shaving point and toiletries. Room size: 186 sq ft (including en-suite)

The Valley Room

The Valley standard double room is the smaller of our 3 rooms, however the double framed bed provides comfortable accommodation for 2 people. Tea and Coffee making facilities are presented on a Console table, with complimentary biscuits and bottled water. A 24 inch wall mounted and internet connected smart television is provided and free wireless internet access is available. The en-suite (whilst compact) includes a generously sized shower, large towel radiator and toiletries. Room size: 140 sq ft (including en-suite)

The Garden

The Old Vicarage is set in grounds of about 3/4 of an acre, with lawned and wooded areas surrounding the property and traditional Cornish stone walls along the Southern boundary. Guests are welcome to use the lawned area of the gardens along the Southern boundary at anytime and maybe enjoy a relaxing drink or two - perhaps after a day exploring Cornwall's beautiful coastline.

Local Facilities

There is a convenience store & post office within a minutes walk of The Old Vicarage and the local pub is only 5 minutes walk. If you really feel energetic, the beautiful Luxulyan Valley is within walking distance and worth exploring - just remember to take you walking boots and don't forget the walk back is uphill! Bus and train services also operate through the village and although we are located in the peaceful village of Luxulyan, the A30 is within easy reach, with many places of interest just a few minutes drive away.
